Imagination

I should mention I didn't do this free hand, there was a reference picture, graphs, and math involved!

Earth Art

For my earth art I made a little circle or crown of wood chips around these crocus flowers, after that I gathered rocks to form a triangle around that, and then sage to form another triangle interlocking with the rocks.

Dansie: Logos

For this Art project I made two logos one in color and one in black and white, both are saved as png's to make it easier to use as an actual logo. This logo is mostly inspired by the fact that I really want to make cupcakes today, because cupcakes are delicious.

Week 3 Collage Art

The Blond Boy

I had fun creating this collage -- It's of my brother. In order to create it I had him stand profile to a wall and took a picture, next I opened the image in PS and create a silhouette out of it. After that I opened some of the family photo's I took earlier this year and took clipped sections of his skin to create the face and neck, added in his favorite striped shirt in choppy pieces, and finally for some artistic flare I used a picture of a sunflower and took the petals to make his hair.

This is your typical glue and magazine collage of a tree, it's a collage of the same tree I did for my weekly drawing. I've grown up with this tree -- I love it.

Week 3 -- Weekly Drawing

I chose this tree because I've grown up seeing it everyday -- sadly, that didn't make it any easier to draw! It's a very oddly shaped kind of lopsided tree. I did have fun trying to draw it though, and overall I think I did better than I thought I would.
